Terms & Conditions
For all Bridal service bookings a 25% non-refundable and non-transferrable booking fee is required to secure your booking. Your booking date is not held or secured until this fee is paid.
For all other bookings your full invoice needs to be paid to secure your appointment. Your booking date is not held or secured until this invoice is paid.
For Masterclass bookings a 50% non-refundable and non-transferrable booking fee is required to secure your booking. Your booking date is not held or secured until this fee is paid.
For all bookings, dates are secured on a first-paid-first-served basis.
For all Bridal service bookings, the remainder of your invoice is due one (1) month before your booking date.
Any changes to your booking that may incur extra costs need to be communicated to me as soon as possible and paid prior to your booking date.
Trials are conducted from my home studio only. In the event that another trial is requested, a separate $175 fee will be charged to complete this trial.
In the Event that you are unhappy with your trial and do not wiyth to continue with your booking, you will be refunded any monies paid minus the 25% booking fee.
If you cancel your booking within 1 month of your booking date, 100% of your final balance will be held.
If you (the client) need to cancel or reschedule your booking due to reasons unrelated to Government lockdowns, border closures or restrictions (including vaccination status of yourself, guests, or other wedding vendors) your booking fee is unable to be transferred to a new date and the above cancellation policy will apply. No part of any payments held will be able to be used in credit or refunded under any circumstance
If you (the client) need to cancel or reschedule your booking due to reasons related to Government lockdowns, border closures or restrictions (not including vaccination status of yourself, guests, or other wedding vendors) your booking fee is able to be transferred to a new date, subject to my availability. If I am unavailable on your new date your booking fee will be forfeited to cover administrative costs. In the event that the invoice has been paid in full, 75% will be refunded to you.
In the event that I (Julia Dillon - Cork and Contour) am unable to complete your booking I will communicate this with you immediately and will refund any payments made. In the event that I (Julia Dillon - Cork and Contour) am unable to complete your booking, you (the client) agrees that this refund is the only liability that I (Julia Dillon - Cork and Contour) hold.
For all Hair and/or Makeup service bookings, after your booking fee has been paid and booking date secured, you may not change your package to decrease the number of people requiring makeup. You may reduce the amount of people requiring makeup, but your invoiced amount will remain the same.
On your booking date I reserve the right to take photos and videos of the work I am conducting. If you would like me to wait until after your booking date to post photos on social media, please communicate this with me before your booking date. I will credit all other relevant vendors such as hair stylists, florist, photographer, videographer, dress designer etc. I ask that you ask this courtesy be returned.
I (Julia Dillon) and any makeup artist contracted to Cork and Contour require information from all clients about any known skin allergies or sensitivities. In no event and under no circumstances will I (Julia Dillon) or any makeup artist contracted to Cork and Contour be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages, however characterised, including but not limited to; allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, eye sensitivities, rashes or breakouts.
Any clients receiving hair services and/or makeup applications agree to disclose if they have any contagious or non-contagious skin conditions including but not limited to; coldsores, conjunctivitis, scabies and boils. Clients (and those around not receiving makeup applications or not attending a masterclass) agree to disclose any other contagious illness including but not limited to, Covid-19, common cold, flu, chickenpox and hand foot and mouth disease. I cannot perform any makeup services or masterclasses hygienically if any of the clients present with symptoms of the aforementioned health conditions.
By paying any part of your invoice and securing your booking date, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agree to all of the above Terms & Conditions.
